Sony Pictures Television’s Sony Movie Channel and AXN Movies launch today on Hollywood Suite

TORONTO, Canada, September 4, 2012 – Sony Pictures Television (SPT)’s Sony Movie Channel and AXN Movies launch today exclusively in Canada on Hollywood Suite as part of Hollywood Suite’s four HD movie channels.

Sony Movie Channel is SPT’s movie network created specifically for the Hollywood movie fan, featuring award-winning films, cult favorites, family comedies and gripping dramas, while AXN Movies delivers high octane, edge-of-your-seat movies.

Sony Movie Channel will feature such award-winning films as A FEW GOOD MEN, STAND BY ME, FROM HERE TO ETERNITY, GANDHI, FIVE EASY PIECES, THIS IS SPINAL TAP and THE BIG CHILL.
