  • How do I get Hollywood Suite?
    Call your TV Service Provider and ask them for Hollywood Suite. Subscription price and packaging varies by Provider (Bell, Rogers, Shaw, TELUS, etc.)
  • How many movies are available to watch OnDemand every month?
    The number of movie titles available to watch OnDemand varies by your TV Service Provider. Please call them or visit their website to get more details on what they're offering from Hollywood Suite OnDemand.
  • Can I get Hollywood Suite without having to subscribe through my TV Service Provider?
    No. Hollywood Suite is available exclusively via a monthly subscription with your TV Service Provider. If your TV Service Provider offers a broadband/online SVOD service you will be able to watch Hollywood Suite movies on your computer or smart phone/tablet device.
  • Are there commercials on the channels?
    There are NO commercial breaks or interruptions during any movie on any of the four Hollywood Suite channels. There are a limited number of commercials between movies.
  • Are the movies edited for TV?
    Absolutely NOT. We run each movie in its entirety with no editing of any kind. In some cases, we run the director’s cut of the movie, providing you with the most authentic movie experience possible all in HD.
  • How do I get to watch movies on my computer/smart phone/tablet?
    Not every TV Service Provider offers the ability for subscribers to watch Hollywood Suite movies on your computer, smart phone or tablet device. To learn more about how you can watch Hollywood Suite movies on different devices, contact your TV Service Provider.
  • Is Hollywood Suite available to non-HD receivers and set-top-boxes?
    Hollywood Suite is a pure HD service. Only customers with a set-top-box that is capable of receiving HD signals are able to watch Hollywood Suite’s four channels and HD OnDemand movies.
  • Does Hollywood Suite OnDemand cost extra?
    Absolutely not – Hollywood Suite OnDemand is free with your paid monthly subscription.
  • How many movies are broadcast each month?
    Hollywood Suite broadcasts over 450 movies every month, commercial-free and un-cut.
  • My TV Service Provider doesn’t carry Hollywood Suite – what do I do?
    Call your TV Service Provider and demand they offer Hollywood Suite!
